Leading the Change
Networking MENA's Young Leaders
OUR MISSION
We're creating the first transnational network of organizations in the Middle East/North Africa, focused on fostering cross-cultural partnerships. By bringing together like-minded institutions and tens of thousands of young changemakers through immersive experiences, the 4MENA Network aims to build a more inclusive, interconnected, and peaceful future for all.
Who We Serve
Young leaders between the ages of 20 and 35 from the MENA region.
CORE PROGRAM
What We Offer
The 4MENA Encounters Program is a transformative initiative that promotes cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, and innovation.
How It Works
We bring together young leaders from Israel (both Jewish and Arab) and partner MENA countries for a 10-day immersive journey. Through exploring shared history, addressing present challenges, and envisioning a future of strong ties, our program lays the foundation for lasting connections and impactful partnerships. After the journey, our alumni continue their engagement through project-based impact programs.
UNIQUE APPROACH
At 4MENA, we believe in immersive experiences that transcend boundaries, creating action-based partnerships and fostering genuine friendships. Through question-based learning, we encourage critical thinking and empathy, challenging ingrained perceptions and stereotypes. Our transformative engagements are rooted in decades of Jewish-Arab encounters pedagogy in Israel, fostering a future of solidarity and peace in the MENA region.
US Campuses Bridgebuilders
Our alumni play a vital role in combating campus antisemitism in the United States. Drawing on their personal experiences and the potential of the Abraham Accords, they foster understanding and tolerance on campuses across the nation.
FOLLOW-UP PROGRAMS
Project-Based Impact (PBI)
The 4MENA Network supports our alumni's local cultural-educational initiatives, such as poetry, YouTube videos, and workshops. By sharing their experiences with their communities, they inspire positive change and understanding.
NextGen Youth Programs
Our alumni are committed to empowering the younger generation (ages 15-20) through various age-related encounters, including camps, sports, and more. They serve as mentors, guiding the youth toward a future of harmony and cooperation.
